Description
• Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to SAAS and PAAS solutions.
• Design: Design, architect, and develop SAAS and PAAS solutions based on the client’s needs and industry best practices.
• Implementation and integration of SAAS and PAAS solutions into the client’s existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Customize and configure SAAS and PAAS solutions to align with the unique requirements of each client, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to SAAS and PAAS solutions, working closely with the client’s IT team and vendors.
• Training and support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use and management of SAAS and PAAS solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAAS and PAAS implementations, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SAAS and PAAS. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Requirements
• Knowledge about integration between apex solutions and Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion will be an advantage
• Fusion cloud PAAS (OIC, OTBI, and PCS)
• Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL.
• Good experience JavaScript / HTML / CSS / json / XSLT / XML /, soap and RESTful APIs is a Plus
• Good knowledge using with ORDS Restful Services.
• Having expertise in EBS / Fusion is an advantage.
• Experience from 1 to 5 years.
